12 1/2 Pounds of Pure Cute Extract
Today Quin went in for his two month check-up. He weighed in at 12 1/2 pounds, well above what we were expecting and hoping for. The pediatrician said he's as healthy as can be and is doing wonderfully. We told her we're still waking him up once at night to eat, but after seeing his weight, she said to just let him sleep through the night. Yippee! Happy parents!
Of course, his two month visit also meant he got four shots! He did great, he was such a tough little guy. After our trip to the ER, four shots was no sweat. We also got him a rotavirus vaccination, since that can be a nasty virus that puts kids in the hospital.

I really wasn’t sure how he would react to the vaccinations, but as it turned out they made him very sleepy and cuddly. I was fine with this! He slept in my arms all day. I dread the day when he no longer wants to cuddle with me.
