Quin's First Kiss

I'm a bit behind on blog posts, as usual, but here is a good one:

A few weeks ago my mom came to visit and while she was here, we went to see one of her friends, Penny, from Tennessee who just happened to be in Longmont (small world- Longmont just happens to be about an hour south of our house). Penny happened to be watching her one year old granddaughter, Elsa, so it turned into a playdate of sorts.

Quin seemed to really enjoy playing with Elsa, as long as she didn't have her pacifier. The moment that little colorful plastic object entered her mouth, Quin turned into a grabby little monster. He is, and almost always has been, a thumb sucker; he does, however, seem to have a hard time resisting the allure of the binky. Even though Quin got a little grabby with her, I think he really liked her. What do you think?Quin was given a Valentine's Day kiss from Elsa.
