Quin loves to pose for the camera. Whenever we go to the studio, he asks to have his picture taken. While in the studio taking pictures with my dad, we took a few of our boy with our new background! Here are a few, but more can be found on zenfolio.

Meeting Isla

This past weekend, my dad and his wife came for a visit. They got to meet Isla for the first time, as well as spend time with the rest of us. Quin was very excited to see them. Even though he hasn't seen them in well over a year, he seemed to remember them! Quin enjoyed showing them our house and introducing his new sister. Not only was Isla very awake and alert for their visit, she was full of smiles and laughs. We were very happy to have them visit! Here are a few pictures from their visit (more can be found here):

New Video Slide Show

We started using a new service to put together video slide shows. Well, the term slide show doesn't even do it justice. So we decided to put one together of some recent images since Isla was born. Enjoy!

Phone obsession

Quin has always been obsessed with the phone. He has multiple cell phones and loves to carry on conversations with everyone he can think of. For some calls, he says both sides of the conversation, but for others he simply talks and pauses for the appropriate response. What a good listener!

The funniest phrase he frequently uses is "oh hi, I didn't mean to call you back"! I am not sure where he got that, but I still laugh at it (1,000 times later).

Having kids is the greatest! I can't wait to see what new stuff Quin will come up with and all of the funny stuff Isla will say.
