Finger Update...
So far so good! Isla seems to be doing just fine from the finger incident that occurred over two weeks ago! Although these past few weeks have felt like forever, life is starting to get back to normal. Her finger seems to be doing well, she is not overly bothered by it, and the stitches will come out in another week and a half. On occasion, she will bump it a bit too hard, or she plays a bit rough, in which case she says that it hurts; for the most part, she says that it feels fine. Here is the most recent picture (taken a week ago, before it was really cleaned up):

Does she still have a nail?
For now, the old nail is still there. We are hoping that a new one will grow, especially since the nail grows from further down the finger!
